A German version of these is eaten around here too- we serve them with applesauce and sour cream! But cranberries…now yer talkin’!

I make these for Peter sometimes, but I call them Kartoffel Puffer (German). The recipe is a bit different, but is the same concept. I like your website and the name of it is very catchy. Great idea:-)
