This chai is well-balanced. It feels warming and well-flavored. I’ve had chai blends that are more black pepper & ginger-forward, and this blend is not going to leave your tongue tingling. The tea content is sufficient to be the prominent flavor with the spices holding it up. A lovely blend, will definitely buy again.

I just started using the chai masala – the flavor and fragrance of the spices are awesome!! Yesterday I just used the chai masala as is, today I add some tea leaves and a little nob of ginger, steeped the decoction a little longer and then added a little milk. It was great – reminded me of the the chai that we get back home!
