I collect garam masalas from all over India. I loved Sacramento Spice’s garam masala because it is earthy and fragrant, without being overwhelming. The chicken curry I made the other day with this garam masala was a huge hit with my family. I know I said that Sacramento Spice’s korma masala was my new favorite masala. But so is this! They can both take first place, in my opinion!
